Burger King Gift Cards
No one knew how to do a Gift Card!

Today, February 6, I went to Burger King located in Greenfield, MA 01301, I wanted to purchase a gift card for a friends birthday. I went inside the restaurant and asked for a gift card. The cashier did not know how to do a gift card, she proceeded to ask another employee and they too did not know how to do a gift card. She then asked the manager for help and to my shock the Manager DID NOT know how to do a gift card either! Not a single person in the restaurant knew how to sell a gift card. I feeling that this is pretty shocking I can understand an employee not knowing how to do it but for a manager not know how to do it is ridiculous!
