Fills cups of coffee while it is still brewing therefore when I get a cup it is watered down ripoff

Hi, the starbucks in Apple Valley California will brew coffee and give it to you before it is all brewed. It is real strong then. Now if you get the coffee after it is brewed and a few cups are gone then the coffee is week. Your getting ripped off. The taste is waterd down because the fat lady fills cups while it is still brewing.

So when I got my cup it was weak and tatsed like water. I pay a lot for that cup of Joe. Why do they do that? Aren't they taught to wait till the brew is done first to give the customer the FULL FLAVOR.
