Wait an hour to recieve your food after you paid for it

I have visited this location four times before. If I see a certain waitress I will ask to be seated in her area because she is better than the rest. But every time I visit, if I'm to be seated, the wait is usually 45 min. To an hour and that's if you're gotten to at all. The last time I decided to just go to the counter to get a to go order. It took one hour because they forgot my meal was ready. There was a time when I just walked out because no one would seat nor serve me. Very bad management. The manager need to be fired immediately and enough people hired to cover the pace.
