Ripoff Unauthorized adding the tip to the total amount

I ate at My Canh Chinese Restaurant in Garland TX with friend on 12/31/05 and the total amount was $52.02. I signed the card receipt and leave the total amount blank because I thought I would get card the amount printed on the receipt. I didn't want to give card tip so I leave cash tip at the table $10.00 for the service. Next day I check my bank account and found out that they had unauthorized added the tip to the total amount of $52.02 to $62.42 in my bank statement. I heard from people that they had done this to other customer as well and I need help to file report on My Canh so that they can stop doing this to there customer. Please let me know if anyone else has the same situation and what can I do to stop the restaurant from doing this to other. Is it illegal for restaurant to unauthorized adding tip to the card receipt? What if they adding $100 dollar or more?
