Eastern Garden ripoff

I called to place a chinese food order tonight 12/21/05 and I was informed by Eastern Garden that they don't deliver tonight. Verything was fine until I gave him my address up until that point he had no problem delivering.

The cover of the menu to Eastern Garden on 2189 Jericho Turnpike in Commack states clearly that delivey is free as long as you place a minimum order of $15.00. I have never not paid for my order. This is a take out food joint and I am outraged that they won't deliver.

I have to little girls and they both have colds. I am unable to go out and pick up the food so I asked for it to be delivered. They flat out refused to deliver to me tonight. That is unacceptable in my book.
