Fair Garden Effort

Went to a Knicks game the other day.

Besides the fact they stink and they should let people come in for free i do have to admit that i was surprised to find the Garden has a customer service table where uniformed garden staff help you with questions and take your complaints.

This cannot be an easy job given ticket prices and the Knicks record but good for the Garden for making an effort on Customer Service and listening to their consumers. Here is my recommendation, more workers on concessions to keep the lines moving.
