Ken, a Penasquitos Pizza Hut's manager denied accepting the content of the coupon they've stacked to my previous delivery, and charged me $4.50 over instead,

The manager was so resilient, rude and insulting by behavior in face to face and verbally over the phone, he put me 4 times in a very long hold and threatened to hang up on me if I don't accept the price he's asking me to pay for the pizza after reducing an $8.00 coupon discount to a single Buck, he asked me to pay $2.00 for delivery which is not defined corporate amount for delivery, I drove to their shop after wasting 1.25 minute of frustrating argument with him over the phone for a single pizza, after taking my paid cash he gave me a "Crust" pizza instead of "Pan" without asking me in advance, that was "THE LAST" un desirable pizza I've been manipulated to buy from pizza Hut franchise after being denied on coupon, forced to buy Crust pizza just because they ran out of Pan, ripped off on price, driving to their shop instead of having their delivery and humiliated by their manager's unprofessional and behavior language
