Botched order TWICE, refused refund, insulted customer Ripoff

Today we ordered lunch for 7 from Crazy Jim's. The order included one personal Chicken Feta salad with NO ONIONS. This was stressed due to an allergic reaction.

Crazy Jim's made a mistake on the order and included onions in the salad.

No big deal, everyone makes mistakes. I mean, I couldnt really understand how they made that mistake. All they needed to do was SKIP THE STEP WHERE YOU ADD THE ONIONS. But apparently this is too much to ask from Bat* Jim and his team of fine individuals.

I called them up and, after 30 minutes on hold, asked them to send a replacement salad. They sent one an hour later, however, they sent the wrong item again. This time, it wasnt even a chicken feta salad. It was some crazy * concoction that Bat* Jim threw together to shut me up.

I called them again and waited on hold for another 20-30 minutes and finally when they decided to pick up, I asked for a simple refund because it was already 2 hours later, by this time and this was for a lunch amongst co-workers.

The manager denied my request and told me I would have to speak with Jim. This is Jim as in CRAZY JIM, the owner of the restaurant. The guy who is supposed to set an example for his customers and satisfy the customer.

Or so I thought...

This is where it gets interesting.

Jim calls me back and tells me to "pick the onions out and eat the salad." I ask if he thinks that is providing good customer service and he tells me "people like you will never be happy and I dont want your business." I told him that I didnt want to do business with him in the future, either but would like my refund and he replied with "I dont have time do deal with people like you."

That sweaty * really believes that it's innappropriate to ask for your money back when his company * up an order. He'll do business with you all day until he has to issue a refund. That's where he draws the line.

Please believe me when I say that Crazy Jim is really bat* crazy.
