Ripoff, sends out informational material at most expensive rates (next morning air), and has it charged to recipient without any authorization

Do not attempt to deal with this company. Their ripoff begins when you request information. A packet is sent via express delivery (next morning), the most expense rate, and is charged to you! Most people don't notice this until the bill arrives. We received a bill for $31.97, for a packet full of lies. The delivery company cleared this invoice without question (makes me wonder why).
