Sanitation problems at food facility Food Illness PLEASE READ! Ripoff

I AM REPORTING A food Illness FROM THIS food facility,
MCDONALDS I HAVE VERY BAD diarrhea, cramps, my stomach hurts very much! Very painfull this is what happen i awoke decided to go eat mcdonalds 9:00 am i order egg mcmuffin 5-10 minutes later i had very bad stomach pains very bad diarrhea please do not eat at this food facility or any other mcdonalds for that matter, i'm still in alot of pain i will contact the health department, if anyone can suggest a lawyer please do so,
