Poor service language - attendant

Very disappointed in the service and language used by employees. Waited almost 20 minutes for food, they were rude when i asked what was taking so long. No customer should have to wait more then 4-5 minutes tops for FAST food. And one women behind the counter called another employee a " dirty sl*t in front of my kids and my kids started to ask what that saying the words. Extremely mad and disappointed in the conduct of these McDonald's employee.
