Unprofessional - the service

Me and my family where in the McDonald's on texoma and one of the employees behind that counter said to another women " and your a dirty Sl*t" and my kid asks me what is a dirty? And they were slow we waiting almost 16 minutes for are food. And when we asked what was taking so long they were rude and said just be patience sir you will get it when it comes out just wait.
