I'm a fan of DD for years and every Saturday morning after work I usually stop by to order coffee and other stuffs. My daughter loves munchkins from DD so I usually get powder munchkins. Saturday morning on 11/2 I stopped by DD north leominster Massachusetts and ordered coffee and 2 dollars of munchkins. Guess what? The man who received the order told me " with $2 you get 6 munchkins". I told him I bought munchkins all the time and it's not right. He said I could only get 6 munchkins without checking back with supervisor or any other employees. I was extremely upset and I decided don't take that munchkins home. I'll never stop by any DD again. It's not about $2, it's about customer service.
