Crazy McDonald's employee yells at people after breaking their property

There is a crazy McDonald's employee who verbally yelled and cussed out
the victim after her child broke the victim's property.

The victim never got her property repaired nor any money to try and get it
repaired.

What is wrong here?

I liked McDonald's until this happened.
