Horrible service - Applebee Restaurant

I went to my local Applebee's in North Bergen, nj on 2100 88th st only to be disappointed once again by the horrible service. I was starving and got sat down for 2 only to wait over 20min, watch people, in a not full place, be seated and given their drinks when I have been there 20min and still haven't seen a waiter. I asked for the manager only to watch him purposely have me wait. I got up and walked out. When a person is hungry they are not themselves anymore and the experience in Applebee's ruined my day because it made me feel like it was my fault and now I don't ever want to go back to another Applebee's. Was it because I'm Latino? Maybe it was... Someone should have a word with that manager. They are not supposed to have loyal customers go away from your restaurant in poor economies like today. Ill be attending Olive Garden more than usual now.: (
