Tried to give feedback late, but number (3112011257729) was already used. I did not give feedback until I tried today, a bit late. My check number is 5772 (incidentally, the waiter, who provided less than mediocre service, did not give me the recipe with feedback info until oases for it!). My wife and I were in the Kenner restaurant on 1/12). The food came cold, with no apology. We hesitated to eat at this restaurant due to a previous bad experience, but we thought we would try again. Apparently a bad decision. I'm now wondering if the establishment's manager uses feedback codes to give himself high ratings since the number, above, was used!!! I wouldn't be surprised. This is Louisiana!
