Longhorn: Horrible food & Management

This was our first encounter at the Milledgeville Ga location. It was our 24th Wedding Anniversary. The atmosphere was fine but the food was horrible. We ordered steak & baked potatoe and both of these items were cold when our plate arrived. The so called Manager Brittany J refused to give us a refund. We have plenty of gift cards so why would we want another one of those as we were already disgusted with Longhorn. If you purchase an item from a retail store and you don't like it you return it for a refund, whats the difference in asking for a cash refund for sorry food. Anyway I don't recommend this place to anyone.
