Worst customer service ever!

This dunkin donut has the worst customer service ever. I’m a daily DD customer and I love Dunkin’s coffee but the customer service I received from this DD was the WORST EVER. Drive through wait 20 mins even if its one car on line. If they make a mistake on your order, complain and they will refuse to serve you and they’ll slam the drive thru door on your face. Fyi. This behavior was exhibit by the shift supervisor 9/23 about 8:00pm. He wasn’t even wearing any name batch. If that’s how Dunkin treats their daily customer, maybe I’ll visit Starbucks more often. NEVER WILL I VISIT THIS DD FRANCHISE AGAIN.
