If you are a business owner and are looking for a company to process transactions, I recommend you stay away from this company. Customer service has no answers to anything and could not even locate their own sales rep who would never return a call or email once my account was set up on a "free 90 day trial". Good luck finding anyone within this organization that knows anything or anyone in charge outside of sales.
