Stay away from this rip off company. I used TSYS for 4 years to process my credit cards and they were difficult every step of the way. There are tons of hidden fees that they will debit your bank account without notice or permission. The last straw was when they took, without my approval or knowledge, the $250. Termination fee. It was very hard to manage my account when I had no idea what would be deducted each month. The customer service is rude, and could care less if you are unsatisfied with what they are doing. They actually laughed at me when I was expressing my frustration with their practices. Please be warned and stay away from this company, there are so many other processors out there that will be glad that you are doing business with them.
