Ripoff lie to people about the billing

I have paid and paid on my bill. For some reason my bill has never came down one pinney. They never told any thing about any intrest or any thing. They say they sent me a card that i never recived. They call and harass my mother that has nothing to do with it at all.

They call and say i havent made my payment when i had. They say they have sent different types of papers when the have never send a thing except a bill. I am sick of paying for something that i have already paid for at least twice.
