Merchant's Credit Guide
Ripoff

I received a letter dated 10/06 from Ken Hughes who claims to be a representative of Merchant's Credit Guide Co. He claimed in the letter that the collection agency was representating a client called Pincale Credit Srevices who have purchased my defaulted account from SEARS and I owe them $2,169.85. There is only one problem, I never have had any sears account. I immediatedly sent them a dispute letter and have not heard since.

After reading a couple of similar complaints I am convinced this is a scam. I hope someone can put a stop to this harrasment once and for all.
