Modification Help Never Arrives After Husband Seriously Injured

My husband was in a serve accident from work. Almost losing his leg from a auto accident. He was off for 10 months. Just going back to work in November.. We have been both working with Nationstar Mortgage for a modification on our loan..

They are the worst ever. Why don't they have real people on the phone instead of a stupid computer. I have been over worked and trying to make our loan payments. If you have workmen's comp., forget they take for ever to pay anything. We sent all the paper work and hardship letter.., well were is the help they say. Not... If any one knows a good lawyer that doesn't charge alot

And works with people not for profit. Help!!! So where is the help that everyone say is out there NOT!!!
