Benificial Home Loan
HCA ripoff Benificial has made our lives so horrible. I would not reccommend them to anyone

In 2002 my husaband and I decided since he medically retired from his employment and retired from the armed forces we would fix up our home to put on the market to sell and move back to my home town to help care for my 82 year old mother.

Since we already had our home loan with Benifical, we decided to try to borrow money to fix the house up from there. When we talked with a person there we explained what we wanted to do and why. When we borrowed the money we ask what kind of laon it was and the person stated it was a personnal loan and would NOT affect our morgage. Well, 2 years later we HAD to put our home on the market due to a huge cut again in our income. (The benifical office knew what we were doing) (we were selling the hosue on what we owned on it, or so we thought)

WE found a buyer for it and went through the paper work with realitor and the buyer, This is when we found out about the SECOND morgage on our home. Benifical slide a second morgage under the door when we recived our second loan from them, even though they PROMISED it wouyld not affect our home.

Now, we are "stuck". WE can no longer afford to keep paying our high payments. Now benifical does not even want to return our calls. When we actually go in to see the manager there, he states he is "working" on it. This is making both my husband and me phsyically ill. We have a couple of choices: we can walk away from the home, or we can file bankrupty. Both of which will ruin our credit so it would make it impossiable to buy a more affordable home in my home town.

Benificial has made our lives so horrible. I would not reccommend them to anyone.
