My Dad was married to Eunice and when they got divorced, they did a so-called trade off of some things, one which was the house they lived and a peice of property my father had owned previously. My father agreed to sign over the house if she would agree to pay a loan off on another house (monthly). This was a court order that she had to pay the loan, by the way.

Eunice paid the loan for a few months and then quit. That is where the court order comes in. So instead of paying, she filed bankrupsy. Keep in mind she has a beautiful home and is still paying the morgage on that. (so we think anyway, because she still lives there).
What can my dad do to get his money? Is there anyway he can make her sell her home, etc.???
