I was a customer of Liberty Mutal Insurance for 6 years. Due ti increasing cost, I switched to another company. I called to cancel and was told I onlt owwed for the last month. I recieved a bill for 2 months. I called and was toldd the second time that I missed apaymnet. I checked and found that to be false. I called a third time and was told it was a cancelation penalty. My new agency told methat penalty is rarely charged after the fist year. I recievd a threwtening email form Liberty that I would bve turned over to a collection agency if not paid ASAP. I paid the $115 to avoid that. I do not understand why iwas charged that penalty when 2 out of 3 of their own employees do not konw about it!!
