Redemption Center Ripoff refuse to send $50 rebate for fax machine purchased 7/29/04

Purchased panasonic 331 fax from office max. Sent $50 rebate info 7/29. Never received check. Went into office max redemption center and 2 sites on the internet and no record of rebate info being received.

If it was $1.40 you would get it in two days. For $50 they would be willing to throw it in the wastebasket and hope you will forget it.

Don't buy any panasonic products that offer a rebate. Get the store to give you the discount right then and there or don't buy.
