Best Benefit - American Consumer Products ripoff Took Money from my Account without permission

After reviewing my bank account statement, I discovered a large draft on my account for $349.00. I called my bank and requested a photocopy of the draft check. When I received it, I knew I had not authorized any such amount on my account nor did i ever speak to anyone from that company. I have little knowledge of the company who refuse to refund my money. They state they have my wifesvoice authorization on record but that's a complete lie. My wife does not fall for any telephone scams. We filed a report with the local police and closed the bank account.
