I was scammed our of 1352$

I wa told I was approved for a 10000$ loan. I was told I had to pay the first 3 payments because of my credit. After wiring 812$ to someone in Canada I was told I have to purchase insurance. At first it was 500$. After I paid that I was told I had to purchase the full insurance and to send another 500$. I told them I didnt have another 500$ and requested a refund. I was told to contact the refund department in a wk and my check would be mailed to me the following week. That will be Nov 16. I pray they send it because that was my light bill car insurance and miney I borrowed from a friend. This has left me in a giant hole.
