Accurise Rip Off

Accurise is suppose to be a Credit Restoration company in which I was informed that my credit was going to be worked on for a small price and my spouses would be worked on for free and due to my military I would receive a discount also my credit would greatly improve within 3 months at the most. However the individual I initiated it all with I can no longer contact, they charged me double (me and my spouse) and refused to reimburse me, no discount and has been 4 months and my credit has not budged.
