My husband and I recently paid a lump sum of money to this company as instructed by one of the foreclosure specialist. We wired the funds via Western Union and he acknowledged receipt of the funds and indicated that were to make a payment 30 days after that date.

Within three weeks, we began to receive letters indicating that our mortgage payment had not been made and we were in default of our forebearance agreement. We contacted the individual who made this agreement with us and have yet to receive a return phone call from him.instead we've been harassed by callers indicating that we are due for two months instead of one.

Something is very wrong with the way this company does business and there has to be a way to stop them. The letters they send threatening foreclosure in my opinion are a subtle form of extortion to scare the borrower into paying when they really have no intention of doing so.

My husband and I are desperately trying to keep our mortgage current so we can get away from this company. They are like a dark cloud and if someone were to audit their accounts (IRS, State of Texas, outside accounting firm) I'm sure they would find a ton of discrepancies.

Why is it that you cannot get a statement from these people either? Questions are not answered, but rather skated around so the borrower is made to feel as if they're stupid.

Is there a class action lawsuit pending anywhere? There should be.
