Litton Loan Servicing Foreclosing on my home when no payments were late

A little over a year ago I recieved notification that my loan was being sold. I was advised to cont. Paying my mortgage company, Washington Mutual until I recieved notification to do otherwise. I did so and months went by. Almost 4 months. I was paying Washinton Mutual when I recieved a letter from Litton Loan Servicing that my property was going into foreclosure.
I attempted to contact them to see what was going on and they told me I was not a costomer of thiers and I would have to contact Wash. Mutual. I did this and they also told me I was not thier costomer anymore and would not explain where the funds had gone. After about 20 phonecalls to Wash. Mutual and Litton I found out that Wash. Mutual had $2,600 in a LOCKED BOX. I went through many more phone calls and screaming at the top of my lungs to get them to release the funds to Litton who says I was not there costomer. However they were foreclosing on my loan.
By the time the funds were released however the loan was so far into foreclosure the lawyers wanted there fees of almost $4,000. I fought and fought but they took the $2,600 for the fees. And left me in default. There was nothing I could do. After many more phone calls. A superviser investigated and said the foreclosure was satrted in error and waived the LATE CHARGES. However not the lawyer fees. I then entered into a WORKOUT PLAN. That I paid $250 a month on top of my mortgage and no grace period.
I paid this for 9 months out of 12. Then my mother got sick and I had to take a little time off of work. I E-mailed them and called them ahead of time to tell them the payment would be about 5 days late. I was told technically there is no grace period however nothing would be done for 10 days. I made my payment 6 days late. And then made my next payment on time not thinking anything was wrong 2 weeks later I recieved notification that both payments were rejected and my loan was again in foreclosure. I called and called and everytime got different amounts of what I owe. I agreed to another workout plan of $206 o month for 28 months. To pay the lawyer fees of almosy $4,600 for a payment that was 6 days late. After calling and begging for this fax to be sent so I could sign it. And paying a down pament of $1750.00 I called twice a day for 10 days no agreement was sent. Then on the 11th day I recieved a threatening phone call to sign and refax the agreement immediately or it was null and void. I had to leave work to get it notorized and I faxed it back within the hoour. I was told they didnt recieve it twice and kept refaxing it. I assumed that was it. I am now recieving notices from the company that the loan is Overdue for Aug.in the amount of $882. And certified mailings that the property will go into foreclosure. I called the company and they say I am overdue since May of 09. I asked them about the WORKOUT PLAN and they look it up and tell me I am on a plan of $1034. A month for 10 months not the $706 fror 28 months that I agreed to. And I would have never known this. So all that work I did to sign the other agreement was for nothing and this agreement didnt even have to be signed and of course I cant afford it. But there is no way around it. So my house will go into foreclsure again soon enough. The Govt. Programs cant help me because my mortgage is so close to being paid off and I am not behind CAN ANYONE HELP???
