MFM or Member First A Company That Discrimnates and Promotes a Hostile Work Enviroment

Member First Mortgage is hands down the most horrible place that I have ever worked. While working here I suffered discrimination for my disabilities by management including Pam Cull and Libbey Hess. Upon being diagnosed they did nothing but find reasons to make the work place more stressful for me only aggravating my illness. They knowingly did this because they knew I could not file FMLA. They also allowed staff members Kari Cain and Wendy Wybenga to create a hostile work environment. Actually management encouraged it. These two regularly fraternized with upper management and they teamed together to make every day a living hell for me as an individual. I still pressed on completing all my work on a daily basis and making sure I made up any time I was out because of my medical condition. Management claimed to be on my side but behind closed doors they did nothing of the sort.
