I have worked for LA Fitness for nearly ten years. I have been a trainer for the company, as well as upper level management. My heart goes out to every employee and to every member who has been subjected to their die hard policies. I can honestly say that I am disgusted by the greed, and hostile environment this company has put forth.

For the employee's past, present, annd future, the only advise I can give you is to leave. There mentality is that "everyone is replaceable" no matter how great you are in your position. There is no positive reinforcement. The company does not believe in it. However, negative, threating, annd forceful words wilil be in your face the next day if the numbers are not there.
There is no loyalty, trust, or honesty.

Bottom line: They will work you to the bone, make you work six to seven days a week, and lower your pay. Then, they will go to a fancy steakhouse, smoke cigars, and work up a hell of a bill... At, of course the employees expense.

SCUM SCUM SCUM. That is what this club should have been named. This company WILL force you to work 6 days a week. This company WILL cut your pay. This company WILL sexually harrass. This company Will NOT MAKE YOU HAPPY. This company WILL expect you make to work immediately no matter if you were in a critical car accident, or had a major surgury. The things I could tell you that goes on is scary. It is ran by the Devil himself. Please take my advise and work someplace you will be appreciated.

To all members out there. Check your account! You are being robbed! GO TO ANOTHER GYM in the area that will treat you like a member... Not a piece of green.
