We refinanced our house recently and a person by the name of Zak Khan was processing our loan. He charged us for over $3,000 in broker's fee that was supposed to be waived with our loan. When I called to get the money back he was hesitatnt to make an appointment or told me that the check was in the mail. It took hom over 3 months to send a check and it was only for $1500. Now it's been over a year and I am still calling him for the other half of the money. I advise anyone not to do business with this man. He is not at all performing in a professional manner!
