Ocwen Loan Servicing
Modified my loan and then never called me back, won't return calls. Ripoff

*Please read this if you own stock in this company or are somehow interested in the manner in which they conduct business*

I am behind in my mortgage payments and am in foreclosure. I have a 9.5% first and a 13% second. At first Ocwen was wonderful, they agreed to a loan modification and my new loan was a 7% 30 year fixed, completely affordable for me. I am about to send them a certied check for $6,000 and I call this representative who I have been speaking with and leave a message, meantime this check is sitting at my hands. No reutrn call. I start calling several times a day, if not hourly and no return call.

I make the next court appearance. Talk with their attorney and alert him to the problem and he tells me that they have no contact with their client. Anywyas a month has gone by and I'm still sitting on this $6,000 check, that apparently they don't want. So the hell with them. I figure I'll just start saving the money I would have put towards a mortgage, on a house that is probably going down in value, and after it takes them 2 years to foreclose I'll have $50,000. Not a bad chunk of change for starting a new.

If you're in foreclosure I say fight like hell, apparently these banks don't want or need our money!
