Overcharging & Ridiculous Fees

Our unique mortgage supplier offered not 1 but 2 balances to Ocwen without notice. I'd both balances with that supplier for more than 10 years & it's incredible they were offered a simple 24 months after I had been release throughout the current downturn in the economy. Because morning 1 they've bothered & harried me for every and evry cost that we have created every single month. Nevertheless, the cost would go to a service in Illinois which 'rests on' funds msot lately which was a cost sent 9/1 that published to my consideration (s) on 9/28. Coincidentally, among the funds has become in suspense since Ocwen needed to et-up an Escrow for my fees that was not completed by my preceding supplier. Ocwen today informs me the cost won't publish till they obtain the COMPLETE COST that will be more than $5000. Have attempted to talk to them-and obtain the runaround. What amazes me many is the fact that they've a cost however state it's bad since it isn't the total amount that they were possibly anticipating or seeking. Our issue is how can the federal government allow a business similar to this (which determine themselves like a 'Selection Agency'; not really a 'Mortgage Servicer'). I accept additional claims because they are without doubt attempting to acquire qualities underneath the guise of the goivernment/regulation claims that they'll just do that and utilize strong armed efforts to complete stated objectives. Easily was neither in my own existing scenario or had the assets I'd make every try to fund with another organization although that'll take-me back this street sooner or later
