Ocwen required over our mortgage loan from saxon mortgage providers after nearly 7yrs. We never had any difficulties with saxon but inside a month after ocwen required around we've had only issues. Ocwen required over our mortgage in December of the year. Ocwen rapidly screwed us. Ocwen stated we owed them for September and March. To begin with, we settled Saxon for September and March. Minute why could we owe ocwen for all those 8 weeks once they didnt dominate our mortgage until Nov? We've created near to 100 telephone calls to ocwen and also have been informed a variety of issues. The thing all of them explained would be to make an application for the federal government bailout plan. Why might I make an application for this when my funds have now been created? Ocwen is attempting to tear us and also the government down. The ombudsman (Juan) has required evidence of funds which we delivered nearly fourteen days before. We still havent received our solution however and each time I contact, I get Juans speech mail. Ocwen likewise settled our property owners inches. 8 weeks overdue. They said we didnt have escrow. Though they settled our fees with said escrow. I believe this is actually the toughest organization on the planet. I'll join any class-action suit and intend on obtaining a lawyer to combat them!!!
