Group of disgraceful liars, cheaters & crooks (Al Skalstein) which charges in advance & never responds

In April I was contacted by Al Skalstein who was extremely assuring that his company had a team of legal experts who deal with all banks, most popularly Chase, Bank of America & Citi, to name a few. He charged me $3000 & even assured me that in an unlikely event if my work is not done, I would be refunded. They did apply on my behalf & during this time I was refused by the bank several times but after almost a year & a half, I get a letter of Final Refusal from the bank. Now when I try to contact the company, I don't get any response. I have sent several emails to Al Skalstein, Jennifer Routhier & Mark, left messages on their voice mail but no one calls back. This process has even affected my credit. I have filed a complaint with the Attorney General of Nassau County's office as well. I certainly wouldn't recommend Claremont Funding to anyone. Beware All, the company is a Big Fraud.
