US Bank Support Line or Lack Thereof - Home Mortgage

My complaint is more along the lines of the support line 800-365-7772.in a nutshell, I locked out my account online because of invalid password attempts. You know, honest mistake. But dear lord, good luck resetting it.

They don't allow you too online, ok so I call the telephone number above that it suggests. Every time in the last few days, I ask to speak to a support agent. Every single time, it immediately comes back and says they are expierencing higher then normal calls and then hangs up. I have NEVER seen a support line do this, if there is a wait... I will gladly wait! Don't hang up on me!

If US Bank truly does read this. Please Please Please allow customers to wait on the phone! Its very frustrating to have to randomly call back and hope to not be hung up on.
