Keep billing me-unable to reach customer service

I requested an item and today they keep giving me items that I don't need and statement my charge card. I'm not able to cope with to thier customer support division or even to thier organization. I submitted a scam state, and approached RCMP in Europe to document a study from the company. They don't contact me or try to contact me.
