Was billed incorrect cost from site for shipping. Decided for couch to become shipped on 1/10 and on 30/9 the company don't know were my sofa is or who the courier is. Created around 10 calls towards the organization regarding shipping and also have had the telephone hungup twice and never one individual within the organization understands what other people within the organization does. I also needed to spend an additional 30 lbs for my couch to become shipped when I reside in Scotland though my handle is just 2 kilometers beyond them likely to southern Britain i don't be with them again.
