Scammed me about prize money worth over $2 million!

Sent me several letters regarding an independent notification service rewarding me with $2,536, 092.23. All I had to do was send in $20! What a joke, if they can afford to pay me that amount in lottery winnings, why would they need my measly $20? They also said that I would not receive my check back... I bet not... Cause that way it would give them plenty of time to invade my bank acct and all my personal info. They need to be caught, and put in prison for messing with people's lives like this!!!
