Ripoff FLORIDA

I received a letter from Capital Choice Consumer Credit about a $5,000 credit card; guarnatee approval. I sent the $43.00 processing fee and got a call on March 4th that
my card has already been mailed. They called to see if I had a checking or saving account.

I have wrote them a letter about not receiving my card. How I found out about the ripoffs was kinda funny. I got on the interent and typed in credit card company's in miami florida and it said to type in the address, so I did. And to my surprise I found usacomplaints.com.

I still plan on sending my letter, except I am going to rewrite it and let them know I know about them ripping people off and if they don't send my money back, I hire myself a lawyer and sue the hell out them.

Thank you for the opportunity to write my ripoff story. I have only one question though.
If they have done this to so many people, how come no one has sued them and had them arrested for fraud?
