Unauthorized, ripoff

Falsley stated that there was a $1.00 fee that would be returned. When charge bill came, not only was $1.00 not refunded but an additional $29.95 added. When I called theywill not give names of company officers or phone numbers and will not guarantee my monies will be refunded! Did say they had cancelled any further charges. Very rude people and very pushy. Their web site comes up in job applications for Food Lion and won't let you continue with application unless you get credit score which I did not want or need.
