ScoreSense is a SCAM. Buyer Beware, I cancelled my account via phone on6-28-12 after learning they do not provide a FICO score. I checked my Credit Card statement in December to find they have charged me 29.95 every month since canceling. Upon calling the phone contact confirmed my call to cancel, said I would be recieving a refund. One day later I recieved an e-mail stating I would only be reimbursed for December that all other monies would not be refunded. I called, the company bounced me around, then stated the credit dept could not be reached by phone. I would have to email them. I did and was promptly refused. Please Help.
