Checks to three creditors never sent, yet $20k disbursed

The bank I went to is not at fault. At least, I like to think so. I signed paperwork for disbursement of funds of $25k to three credit accounts and got copies of the checks that were to be disbursed. None of them have been sent out, as the lending department has blamed the bank for not sending them and the bank has been blaming the lending department. Now there is 20k that has been disbursed from the account, which I have no idea where that came from, and no one is telling me a thing about what to do about it. Meanwhile, I now have one more payment I have to make because of my idiocy in going through these guys. WARNING!
