CheckFree the online payment service - BE WARY! They WILL access your credit info and DO SELL names and info to other parties.in very small print, they list all this in a Privacy Statement along with other info that should be noted.

I had requested a copy of my credit report and it shows that they accessed my info 3 times!!! I have no idea why they would need to do this to be able to use MY money to pay MY bills. It goes without saying that I realize they would have to verify account info with the companies to be able to submit payments - but I have yet to figure out why they need access to ALL my credit information.

By the way, they also do not submit electronically. For most bills they actually mail out a paper pymt after they debit your account, so it's not even really faster to use this online service. CheckFree is not so FREE. Should have known better-no one does what they advertise.
