Getting Even with HRS ripoffs

After reading the numerous accounts on this site and others about HRS I wanted to share my revenge. HRS failed to provide me with statements for 3 months and I got behind for a total of $51.00. Now I know I am responsible for paying this bill statement or not but I made 3 months in 3 months due to my employment and just forgot.

As soon as I got a statement I immediately sent the overwelming balance due of $51.00. Silly me, I thought that was the end of my problems with HRS. Because of this they turned my account over to collections. The next two payments made electronically was received by them and never posted.

To make a long story short I put an end to the harrasment when I found out they were reporting me as 120 late on my credit report. I paid my account in full and then did an audit. I discovered the payments they never credited and have been fighting to get them credited. They are so stupid they asked Checkfree for copies of the cancelled checks for Electronic payments. The Checkfree representative was dumbfounded at their ignorance. Anyway, they now owe me $100.00. Anyone want to bet on my chances of getting it back? Anyway, here is my last letter to them demanded a refund.

I had previously written and complained that you had failed to post two electronic payments for a total of $100.00. These payments were made electronically and Checkfree has provided you with documentation to support this.

I am now making a demand for a prompt reimbursement of these funds since my accounts now have a credit balance and are closed.in addition to the $100.00 I am assessing a late fee payment of $29.00 per payment. This now brings the balance due to $158.00. According to HRS math this adds another $29.00 for over the limit fees.

To avoid additional fees in accordance with HRS math, make your payment within 10 days or I will be forced to turn this over to the scum of the earth collection agency Corporate Receivables. Oh, sorry, they work for you. Well I am sure there are other agencies just as unethical as they one you use.

As a FYI-If anyone feels the desire to perhaps send them a fax or two, or three use their 800 number 1-800-433-5975. How about everytime they call you during the day. Send your reply by fax.
