Ripoff

On Sept. 16 on Telemundo I saw a commercial about Latin Card Plus. Stating how I can get $3,000 credit limit. I called the number that was advertised. She told me her name was Ms. Vega I forgot her first name. I think it was Veronica. She explained to me about how I can get credit. She checked my credit and she said I was approved. Then she went to explain to me that to make a $299.00 post office money order. That on Monday, September 22 a packet was to arrive at my house that day. Well, I did not pick it up from the post office until September 25.

After I paid the COD. I opened the envelope which was sent by express mail I immediately called the number (I through out the number) she had given me and I did not get an anybody. I called the customer number to no avail I did not get anybody. I went to the post office that same day and mailed the packet back and I received it back stating "no such address".

Also, she said that within two weeks I would get my refund back. Is there anyway I can get my money back. Thank you.
